Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• Jewellery and final sale items are not eligible for refund.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at support@miasweaters.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or contact us for assistance.
