1. When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

2. How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 business days. Express delivery takes 7–10 business days.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you didn’t receive it, email us at support@miasweaters.com.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship only within the UK. We're working on expanding internationally soon!

5. Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags. Contact us to arrange your exchange.

6. What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

We’re so sorry! Please email us with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
